Hi ..just like to say about the fat less sausages.. i have made sausages for 38 years ..all varieties of products ..skinny sausage is not a new product as i made steak sausage with no fat at all ...but it was expensive and not as popular as regular sausage..people are more health concious nowadays so fat free is a better option. and i make it with hardly any fat and great flavour...Geoff
