Great experience! I purchased a used car from the Toyota branch and it couldn't have been a more pleasant transaction. Fantastic communication, outstanding customer service and a very happy atmosphere. Every member of staff I passed acknowledged me, shook my hand and offered coffee. Down on holiday from Inverness,had an issue with my rear brake calliper on my rav 4 ,phoned Border Toyota, very helpful,managed to book the car in for the following morning.Not only did they solve the problem very quickly,they only charged me £40,some unscrupulous garages might have done me for a new caliper and a couple of hours Labour,' but not these guys,they were very honest.highly recommended
