Over priced .staff never seem to know what there doing

Always long queues and waits at checkout no matter wether it be a normal shopping day or a holiday. The range of toys is not as extensive as before but the kids do enjoy the visit.

As you'd expect from a giant chain such as these. This particular branch always feels a bit 'dead' whenever I visit. It's rarely busy and there's a severe lack of staff around. Summed up, I'd say it's pricey and dull.
