I am a very helpful and motivating trainer. Who has helped friends and family & clients reach their fitness goals, I seen for myself the positive changes to their lifestyles and how it motivates them to continue. I have extensive knowledge of all forms of training and nutrition in order to help my client reach the goals they desire. . I am very passionate about fitness and health and would love to pass on this enthusiasm to benefit my clients, I am also trained in FBX (fat burn extreme) and very soon Kettlebells, I hold a weekly Bootcamp at Darroch park Erskine every Wed night at 7pm and Sat at 10am
