Welcome to Clean Facilitation. Based in the West End of Edinburgh we provide specialist training programmes on all aspects of Clean Language, Metaphor and Clean Space. The programmes are delivered by Tracy Archibald, who is a highly experienced coach, trainer and facilitator and is one of a few Certified Clean Facilitator Trainers in Scotland. Clean Language is a philosophy and technique applied to questioning that very quickly provides greater clarity and understanding. Conversations can be moved from problem to solution state and through to action more easily with or without the use of metaphor. Who is the training aimed at? Clean Language develops a wide range of communication, coaching and facilitation skills. It's therefore useful CPD for a wide range of applications from leaders, trainers, teachers, facilitators, coaches and therapists - in fact any change agents who want to facilitate transformational change in others, either on a 1: 1 or group basis.
