Educational charity and voluntary organisation specialising in vocational training in care work.

Training for Care is an educational charity established in 1982. We specialise in vocational training for people working or wishing to work with pre-school children, older people and people with additional needs, and also run an introductory care course for school leavers. We are an SQA Approved Centre for SVQs in Social Services and Healthcare and Social Services (Children & Young People), and Skills Development Scotland contract holder for Modern Apprenticeships and the Employability Fund. We also offer an extensive short course programme in adult and child care topics.
