Training For Warriors Thornhill Description

Ros-Fit Thornhill is the perfect place for you to achieve your fitness goals and aspirations. Composed of a variety of free weights & functional equipment which will challenge your body regardless of your age or ability. It is my aim to create an environment where people can work hard, have fun and feel supported throughout their fitness journey. Your body is the greatest machine you will ever own - I look forward to showing you what you are capable of soon.

Ros-Fit is proud to be one of only three affiliated TFW (Training For Warriors) Dojos in Scotland. Bringing out the warrior within.

What is TFW?

TFW is an effective training system that has produced powerful results and improved the way of life for 10s of 1000s of people around the world.

Originally created by Martin Rooney for world class fighters nearly 20 years ago. He soon realised that you didn't have to be a fighter to look, train and be like one. TFW has changed the lives of 1000s of people and you can be next.

But TFW isn't just about workouts, its much more. You become part of a familia, all on the same path of self improvement. Through training you will learn the tools to build physical strength and mental fortitude as well as the application of proper recovery through sleep and nutrition.

TFW is a way of life that will allow you to bring out the warrior within.
