Reflexology has a positive effect on all the body systems from the Cardiovascular to the Endocrine each one having a knock on effect on the other It increases blood supply which increases circulation which bring new nutrients and oxygen to all body tissue. It helps stimulate the immune system aids the production of lymph, supports hormone function, helps to balance the menstrual cycle also helping to calm and balance the emotional and mental state.

Massage relieves restrictions in the muscle tissue, muscular tightness and stiffness. Blood circulation is increased bringing more oxygen and nutrients to the muscle also reducing soreness and muscle fatigue. The manipulation techniques used in massage has major effects on the muscles : Relaxation and normalization of the soft tissue ( muscle, connective tissue, ligaments and tendons) which also releases nerve tension and tension within the deeper tissue. This also increases muscle flexibility.
