Exceptional self catering in Scotland. This really is the best holiday home in Edinburgh, just off the royal mile up by Edinburgh Castle, Trust House is an old merchants house and is stepped over 3 floors and is like living in Edinburghs past, stome walls, beuatiful woodwork. This house is a treat to stay in, and we will be back.
Edinburgh Self Catering Gem - Lovely contemporary holiday home, just beside the Grassmarket and a few yards from the Royal Mile. This apartment makes a fantastic venue for a break in Scotland's capital city. Highly reccommended.
I first saw references to the Trust House in Edinburgh about a year ago. It has been described as Scotland's best Self-catering experience as the property is located in the very heart of Edinburgh's Old Town just off the Grassmarket and the Royal Mile. The property has character as it was built nearly 400 years ago and much of it is as it was when first built. There are vaulted stone ceilings and ancient nooks and crannies but the contemporary touches are done so well that you are just aware that you are somewhere very very special.
The accommodation is spread over 3 levels and is split into two apartments, the lower and upper apartments joined by the ancient stone staicase. There is so much to describe, and very hard to put into words the character and ambience, which together with its location truly makes this Scotland's finest Self catering property. Just a joy to experience.
