Tsb Bank

Honestly makes me question why I am with TSB. There are enormous queues which the staff downright ignore, they make no effort to speed things up and there's often only 1 person at the tills whilst other staff are just walking around in the back or sitting in offices not making the sensible decision to help out at the booths until people are served. There is an atmosphere of absolute dissatisfaction with their jobs which they let out on the customers. Their attitude toward foreign people who struggle to explain/understand things in English is also very hostile and rude, I've noticed extreme impatience and a disrespectful manner of speaking to many customers. TSB are also notoriously bad at informing their customers of any changes, e.g. it would be curteous, at least, to let their own customers know of changes in branch opening hours as many have relied on the 4pm Saturday opening time. This bank does not value people's time and hard earned cash. Glad to leave it in the past.

It's a bank. Can't complain much!

I was served by the store manager today. Felt like I was an inconvenience being there. Glad it won't be my branch store for much longer.
