Tsb Bank

I came to this branch in Rutherglen today to pay money into my wife's account. There was 15 people in a que and one cashier on. I only came here after our local TSB in Cambuslang closed down. After queuing for almost half an hour, another cashier appeared who dealt with me. It took 2 attempts to pay my wife's money into her account, as the cashier appeared to struggle to understand plain English. I finally returned to my car to find 2 traffic wardens booking my car with a £60 fine.

My wife and I have decided to move our business banking to a more local bank. It's too time consuming and expensive doing it in Rutherglen. Neither of us will be returning to this branch. It's an absolute shambles.

Wouldn't even rate this a star at all the way the manager speaks to you is atrocious, no customers skills and definitely will be taking my experience further.
