Good opening times and the only bank I know to actually look like a bank! Very friendly staff.

As I recall one of the few TSBs open on a Saturday, other than that its 9-5 except on a Thursday whenh you get an extra half an hour. That said, it's not usually too busy on the luch hour as there are plenty of counters and staff to assist. The building is huge so never feels too cramped. There are also two cash machines in the lobby which are open when the bank isn't.

Lovely surroundings in this bank - hasn't been turned into a Wetherspoons yet! Usually not too bad queues and enough staff on to serve and answer queries. One of the few TSB branches open in central Edinburgh on a Saturday I believe.
