They DELAYED my payment
I scheduled my rent payment online on 29th April for 30th April. My request was accepted.
I checked the transaction mentioned on 1st May and noticed that it has not went through, but rescheduled to 2nd May. They have done it without any acceptable reason and they have not sent any notification to me.
Called their support line where they confirmed that I was right. They could not give me any explanation for the delay. They said "Sorry", that's all.
I have not experienced such an issue with any other bank in the world so far. It's shameful. TSB is a bank you cannot trust.
This get you through to a Lloyds switchboard that says they are nothing to do with TSB and tell you to call TSB customer services who then don't have a clue either!!
