Great place to we come here every year for the past 7 years when we come Christmas shopping

This place is exelent had the most amazing time ever on my birthday dinner staff were super friendly and always happy to help and the food was top notch would recommend the Tudor always

Food was decent enough but £12 for a burger and doesn't even come with fries it a bit cheeky!

A bit of a mis-match of identity here. Was expecting something traditional, but instead it was a mix of themes and styles. The menu was a similar affair​ and although the food was of a good standard, what was served up didn't entirely match up with what was described on the menu; for example, my dessert was supposed to have been served with ice cream but came with real cream to which I am intolerant.

Disgusting place to work and eat. My partner worked here for a few months and was subjected to bullying from a couple of members of staff because of his bad dyslexia. They provided no staff training and expected him to know everything and when he messed up he was shouted at in the middle of the kitchen and told he was a Mongol and a waste of space. He dared to speak up for himself and consequently was told they no longer had hours for him even though they were advertising online and we proceeded to ask the manager for the grievance procedures where she began to get extremely aggressive stating that we had no right to ask and that she would get us once we had left the premises. A business with a manager that doesn't have a clue about employment rights and how to conduct herself shouldn't be in business. Discriminating against an employee because he had dyslexia is disgusting. My grandparents loved to go here as well until my gran was discriminated against because she was in a wheel chair. We won't ever be back and with our experience if you can't even treat your staff correctly and learn the correct procedures then there is no way you can safe guard your customers.

I wasn't expecting much from the look of the place but the food blew me away. Steak was perfectly cooked and tasty and the accompanying pepper sauce was divine. My only one criticism is that you can't split your bill between people - in this day and age I don't think there's any excuse for this...

Buy one get one free breakfast offers great value at one of ayrs best restaurants. Never had a bad meal here in 20 years
