Great and very responsive when letting a property out to you, though they did present the lease for me to sign with the rent £ 30 per month more than advertised. This was apparently just a mistake and I only had to wait 10 minutes or so for a new lease to be printed with the correct rental payment. Very happy taking your money.
When it comes to any issues or moving out however, it all goes horribly wrong. Emails ignored, no response to queries about final rent payment. Didn't turn up for pre-move out appointment then claim everything needs professional cleaning at key handover. Even claiming that their reps own wet footprints will need to be cleaned off the floor out of my deposit.
The property took 6 hours to clean properly when I moved in which was reported but little said about it, and was much cleaner on exit.
Still cannot believe the rep that inspected the place had the audacity to tell me I was liable for own wet footprints because it was raining and that was just "unfortunate".
