Full house for Rene's Social Media for Customer Care presentation tomorrow at The Moorings Hotel, Fort William!

Emma was in Lerwick today delivering two Business Gateway #DigitalBoost workshops - the first on Instagram, Pinterest and Photography, and the second on videos for business (showing delegates how to use apps to create short videos like this).

Facebook have announced a major addition to Facebook Analytics - Instagram Account and advanced Page analytics beta.

Looking forward to delivering the Digital Diploma course next week at the fabulous Culloden House Hotel.

Thank you for an excellent workshop this evening, I highly recommend Tuminds to anyone wanting a better grasp of how their business can better engage with social media. Lots of content with very little geek speak.

Thank you Rene, two great social media workshops facilitated by Business Gateway opened my eyes to what Facebook and Twitter can do for me and my business (and of course a lot more than that!). I wasn't sure what to expect from the seminar, and was a bit daunted by labels such as "Google-analytics" but the course turned out to be very practical and hands on, and have come away with some ideas which I am already implementing.

I have now attended two workhops from Rene at Tuminds and I would definitely recommend going on one of his courses if you can. Rene is a great teacher, really knowledgeable but down to earth with it. Excellent and engaging workshop today at the Tongue Hotel. Thank you. This area quite often gets left behind when it comes to technology. We have a huge struggle on our hands just to try and access internet services, which is one reason why so many people do not know of the tools out there for reaching potential customers.
