Please note ticket purchases by bank transfer are now closed. You can either get these directly from planet bodybuild or at the door on the day if there are any left.

Last years ukbff Scottish. 10 years of IFBB back in Scotland James flex Lewis & Rosie rascal Harte are this years guest stars it was 4 years ago I last had flex here he has went onto win the 2012 Mr Olympia every year since 4 times undefeated the muscle this Ifbb pro has put on since is beyond belief come & see these two great athletes take the stage at paisley lagoon arena Scotland

To help the registration process for the show on the 8th of May can all competitors email their entry forms by 5pm on Friday 6th May. If you are unable to send your entry form by this time then you can still bring it with you and enter on the day of the show.

Last years routine from the rascal this years routine will be her best yet see it first at the UKBFF Rosie will be in top shape & only 5 weeks out from her 1st IFBB pro show the Dallas pro show in the USA

I had a fantastic experience doing my first show with the UKBFF. My catagory wasn't crowded, the performers were kept well informed about stage times etc, it really put me at ease in such an unfamiliar atmosphere. I think there were a few audio problems for the audience but at least on stage I could hear everything going on.

I'll surely be competing with them again in future!

Worst show I ever experienced ! No respect for people who paying money and putting so much effort to go there ! never even had a chance to show my hard work on that stage because it wasn't space for me to move! poor organising skills.. really disappointed
