A few days into 2019 and we received a very humbling message from one of our members 🖤💛 . “Know it's the first day of the year, but I just wanted to say how thankful we are that you guys at UF are in our lives! The atmosphere, classes, understanding and flexibility you've created is brilliant and without all of that, I genuinely don't believe I'd still be setting my alarm religiously for 5:15am when I do. . UF is not just part of my routine, it's firmly one adopted by the th...e whole family and keeps us right in more ways than one. Everything about UF and what you do and represent works. . You're all great, friendly, knowledgable and know how and when to push us to the next level. . Classes are fab and varied, PT session have given us confidence and drive to use the machines and it's just a fun place to be. . Having been a member for nearly two years, it's been one of the best decisions made. Just feeling thankful and think you guys are awesome and should be told!! . All gifts and donations have been handed over to The Monklands Womens Aid 🖤💛 . We had an overwhelming response to our outreach for gifts and donations. To everyone who bought gifts we cannot thank you enough and you will wake up on Christmas morning knowing you have given families of The Monklands Woman’s Aid a Christmas to remember 👏🖤💛 . Special thanks go to E G Murray who donated tins of Quality Streets & Celebrations for every family. Our friends at Albert Bartlett for do...nating the potatoes for their Christmas Dinner and Boots for donating 12 bags of toiletries for the Mums to open on Christmas morning, also Colbrook Supplies for helping with deliveries.
