Ultimate Fitness Class Description
This is not an ordinary 90's circuit! ! ! ! 30 secs press ups, 30 secs sit ups, 30 secs squats, 30 secs . . . . BORING! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! What if I was a beginner, id spend half that 30 secs doing nothing but being annoyed at myself. Or what if I wanted to get bigger and stronger? I shouldn't be doing more than 14 repetitions, so 30 or 60 secs of press ups would be to much. The Ultimate fitness class is designed to let everyone focus on THEIR individual needs and goals, and allows them to tackle everything at THEIR own pace and intensity. A beginner would choose all the light weights and easy exercises, while an athlete would choose all the high intensity options. A lady on a fat burning mission would do the strength and cardio exercises, While a man on a muscle building mission would skip the cardio.
