Umega were the only agency that actually helped me, instead of demanding things before I even decided where I wanted to live. It was very comforting to have them on my side while looking for places to rent. They've been very helpful since I started renting with them.

When something in the flat needs a fix, they're very quick with replying to our emails and sending contractors to take care of the issue. The people at Umega are nice and efficient.

I had to cancel my house booking due to some reasons and they were very positive in responding and refunding my full deposit amount. What can i say beyond this. Really excellent service from Eden at Umega. Everything was handled by email in a very efficient manner and nothing was too much trouble! This is the second time I have let out this flat using Umega's let only service and I have been extremely impressed (again).

Best letting agency throughout uni. So helpful, easy to talk to, replaced and fixed things when they needed it (including a lamp & mattress, fixed washing machine). Just down the road from us and always willing to help. We did a thorough clean of the flat ourselves and weren't deducted anything from the deposit unlike other agencies who deduct money for tiny stupid or impossible things.

I recently moved to UK and went on to search for rented house. Send many queries to many letting agencies. Most of these responded in many days. Umega were quick to respond and I could secure a rented house within two week of viewing. They were quick to respond to emails and were easily accessible over phone. They explained every step in good details. Post rent service also seems to be good so far.

Endlessly patient in explaining the technical/legal side of things. Always courteous. They also have a very useful HMO/maintenance team who are experienced in problem solving issues with Edinburgh flats. Recommend highly.
