Price increase from 1st July 2019
As a professional salon we have invested a great deal of time and money in gaining higher level qualifications such as the Level 2 and 3 City & Guilds Diploma in Dog Grooming in order that we can provide an extremely high quality service to both you and your dog(s). We also ensure that all our team are Level 3 OCN Pet First Aid certified providing you with peace of mind that your dog is safe when in our care.
Our work requires many hours of... skilled labour to achieve the standards expected by ourselves and our clients and we feel the new prices are fair in reflecting our hard work and dedication.
We have previously been undercharging for our highly skilled services compared to the national average prices for dog grooming and with rising business costs including rent & rates, training, wages, pension contributions, VAT, supplier costs and more we have no alternative but to increase our rates as of 1st July 2019. Without these increases we will not survive. We love what we do and hope to keep doing it.
We understand that for some of our clients these increases may be too high and that’s ok. There are many groomers that do not have the same overhead costs or skilled personnel that we do.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our clients for their custom and support and we hope to continue to provide high quality services to you and your pet for a long time to come.

Good morning everyone! So a funny thing happened last night...
Unfortunately last night at the awards there was a mistake made either on the events part or ours that our tickets for the final had not been processed and we did not have tickets.
As you can imagine we were very disappointed.
... Turns out you had to be in attendance with tickets to be able to win an award so we have unfortunately missed out this year.
We still had a lovely night and went for a fun meal to celebrate as a team how hard we have worked this year.
Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for all of your continued support and votes. We really really appreciate it!
