PART TIME DEBT COLLECTION ADVISORS
Permanent PT hours per week (mon-fri 8am to 12pm and Sat 9am to 1pm) or (mon-fri 4pm to 8pm and Sat 9am to 1pm)
Based at our Larbert Contact Centre you will be dealing with a variety of inbound and outbound calls for our client Scottish Power. You will be assisting customers with arranging payment plans, collecting payments and dealing with general queries.
... For this role we are looking for individuals who can connect with our customers. We require you to use your excellent listening skills and problem solving skills to provide our customers with a memorable experience. We require applicants to be IT literate and confident with learning new systems.
The hours for this role are part time, however we do require you to attend full time training for 10 business days from 9.30am-5.30pm.
We offer a competitive basic salary and a unique bonus plan offering OTE of £13,750.
Training date available: Wed 17th July 2019, Wed 31st July
