Good morning facebook Are you struggling to push your self during those work outs and finding it difficult to get routine back in you daily life then come join my online team.

🔸x2 pre written daily session to be done at a time the shots you best or follow our timetable.
🔸live zoom classes x5 a week more to be confirmed

There will be additional live classes added to the time table once we arrange what times are best for everyone. Classes will all be done though the zoom app which is free to install. I send over the link to allow you to join our classes in the group chat.
So far I have received fantastic feedback from all the zoom sessions and pre written home sessions and I my self am loving the interaction with my team again.

Equipment wise don’t worry if you don’t have certain things all exercises can be adapted to what you have and a lot of body weight sessions will be taken place.

After tonight announcement I am in total shock. To be ordered close and not re open is a business owners worst night mare we are no long in control of our futures. When there is a will there is a way! I will keep you all up dates on our new strategy for next week. All memberships will be frozen until further notice no one will lose out. We can all get through this I am choosing to remain positive and take this opportunity to think out side the box to keep my self and my clients on track.

UNIT21gym is taking as best action as possible to help remain open to all clients.
Unfortunately we will be putting a lower cap on all Class numbers to help stay within government guidelines, we hope you understand this is a temporary measure and in your best interest. 1-1 training & Small Group PT’s will go ahead as normal. Online training can also be provided for those unable to attend classes. Home video work outs will be available.

Week 8 session 2 for my 7pm campers 💪🏼

What a start to week 8 of the BOOTCAMP this lot have 3 weeks left to absolutely kill and smash their targets.
It’s not been an easy journey so far but my team are giving it 100% every session!
