University Of Leeds Human Rights Journal Description

The University of Leeds Human Rights Journal provides undergraduates with a platform to publish their research and creative work on human rights. We are a multidisciplinary journal and are looking to publish work from students at any level and from any discipline. Our first issue was published in September 2013.

If you'd like the chance to be published in a peer-reviewed journal then this is the perfect opportunity for you. We will usually accept essays you have written for modules so if you did particularly well in an essay and think it would be relevant, you are strongly encouraged to submit. We don’t just accept essays, but also poems, photography and other creative and inspiring pieces that address human rights. All submissions must be written by current undergraduate students at the University of Leeds and must comply with our submission guidelines to be considered.

All submissions will be double blind peer-reviewed by our diverse undergraduate editorial board, with the best selected for print.
