It is a good place to study, from my experience. Staff are generally helpful and supportive.

Just popped in to the café for breakfast what can I say the staff are so friendly and the head chef Sheena made me feel so very welcome this place is top of my list for grabbing a bite .

When I went there the staff and especially the admin staff talked down to you like you were an annoyance and stupid and not as you actually were, which was paying customers (What gives admin staff the right to look down on anyone is beyond me) .

The computing department made a f/up of my course work and stopped marking it correctly, they then tried to blame me to cover their asses from getting fired. Not so much as an apology (which would have helped) and they were even rude to me to make it worse.
