Our deluxe holiday home is situated on a small and exclusive lakeside development in the north eastern corner of the Park. It is south facing with views across a long and narrow lake to open farmland and the Cheviot Hills in the distance. The lake is home to a variety of ducks, geese and swans.

About our Holiday Home (New in 2017)

No 9 Westview is a haven of peace and tranquility but, it is only a 5 minute walk to the main activities and entertainment facilities that are on offer within the Holiday Park. On a corner plot with 2 allocated parking bays, there is a newly planted shrubbery and many newly planted trees and, of course, privacy!

If you’re looking for a holiday home with some extra space and a bit more luxury, our Platinum mobile home is the perfect choice. We provide stylish fixtures and fittings, along with some luxurious extras such as an ensuite shower room, quality bedding, linen and towels.

• Spacious lounge with 2 armchairs (one sivel) and L-shaped sofa. TV, DVD & CDC players. A selection of CDs, DVDs, games & books. Central heating & flame effect electric fire, TV and DVD player, CD player, MP3 / Bluetooth control panel and speakers.
• Kitchen with microwave, double oven, gas hob and fridge /freezer. Iron & ironing board.
• Twin bedrooms with wardrobes.
• Family bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet. Boiler.
• Master bedroom with wardrobe and vanity unit. Hair dryer. Ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet.


Booking Information:

Welcome pack on arrival. Gas, electric, quilts, linen and towels are included.

Sorry, we do not accept stag or hen parties. NO pets and NO smoking within the Holiday Home.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment, less deposit, is required 6-weeks before the date of the holiday – if less than 6-weeks the full payment is due on booking. No refunds will be given if holiday is cancelled within 6 weeks of the holiday date.

A £50 damage bond is taken on top of the holiday price and this is returned once the caravan is checked and found to be clean and damage free.

We reserve the right to re-hire the Home if the remaining balance, including damage bond, is not paid in full by the due date – the full deposit will be lost.

Complex and Activity Passes are not included within the price; these can be purchased from Reception. However, if you do not plan to use the Haven facilities and just want to hire our Holiday Home then passes will not be required.
