THE WORLDS FINEST ROCKED UP AT BEATBOX!
This weekend we had Team GB Kickboxers Jack Buckley and Ryan Evans in the house!
They came in to do some conditioning work with their coach Tony Anderton, one of the Team GB Coaching Staff, and also Director of Fitness here at BeatBox Studios.
... They are currently in a pre fight camp ready for flying out to Venice on September 15th for the WAKO World Kickboxing Championships. Keep your eyes peeled and you may see the boys, along with a couple of Team GB Young Ladies, working out in the studios over the next few weeks!

What an epic session, I knew from the pictures this was going to be good, but this place exceeds expectations. Great shower facilities, great studios, great workout and fab coffee house. What's not to like, get down to beatbox today ���.

Went for my trial session tonight and totally loved it!! What a venue; amazing darkened studios with great equipment, a fab energetic instructor who kept the power up throughout, whilst checking we were still ok every now and again! Great mix of boxing and cardio workouts to some awesome beats. Think I'll feel it tomorrow!! Thanks... oh, and the tea and teapot. Lovely

Went for my free trial session and absolutely loved it. Everyone is so welcoming, the session was hard work but Jess made it fun at the same time. I’d recommend anyone to go and give it a try

This morning I took part in a class at beatbox studios! I really enjoyed it and I think it will continue to be my Tuesday morning activity! Everyone was super friendly and made me feel relaxed as this was something I’d never done before! It was brilliant, I would highly recommend beatbox studios to everyone x

Really enjoyed my trial session with Jess , loved the fact that the tunes got me through it & it’s dark so other people can’t see you. The vibe is good & shall definitely be bk 😊

Well I wasn’t disappointed!

As entering there is a certain inner peace, the staff are welcoming and obviously content..

Facilities are Spot on and I love the vibe!

Americano was First Class and competitive priced..

My Wife and I attended a FREE trial evening feeling a little nervous as we had no idea what to expect, but once we got there the Instructor was brilliant talking us through the different type of techniques we were going to be using and how they can be modified to suit my Wife who struggles with back pain, even after a great session she had no pain or discomfort from the class as the instructor helped her midify the exercises to suit her ability (fab personal touch you dont get ar normal gyms) We did the Beatbox Session and it was totally amazing and I would highly recommend you at least have a trial, you won't be disappointed. The room was cooled throughout the session and the music was brilliant and very up beat to spur you along. A very simple intense workout that's great for all abilities and then after the class down to the shower/changing rooms where it's got a very modern feel to it with complimentary male and female products free of charge for shaving etc (nice touch) then we sat in the cafe "Blend" and enjoyed a fabulous Latte at a great price, again with great staff who interact with the customers and the instructors will even come and sit and have a chat about your class if there available. 10/10 From us Go give it a go you have nothing to loose.

Burned a nice 750 cals, I usually do circuits so am used to HIIT but it was so nice to incorporate that in with something different!

The whole studio is really smart and has an exclusive feel, this doesn’t mean pretentious though and the staff are simply lovely!

Thanks for bringing something new and exciting to the table, for a fun workout that’s not a chore I definitely recommend to give this a go!!

I am struggling to find the words on how to say how GREAT this place is! The staff are all lovely and the class I did was brilliant! I am so impressed with it all. And to top it all off the coffee I had was perfect. Looking forward to my next class already.

Hard work and brilliant!! You put in what you want to get out of it. Trainers are friendly and motivational. All the staff were great! Loved that it was dark and no mirrors �

Had brilliant session at beatbox, really enjoyed it, felt comfortable and trainers we're very accommodating with my back pain problems and helped with modifying the manoeuvers to make them more manageable for me

Had a trial session with Nicole today, had the best 45 minute session. Really pushed me to my limit and I came out so grateful for that, so much better than going to the gym and training on my own. Nicole is the best trainer, kept us all at ease and pushing us through. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new workout class!

Brilliant welcome to the club, I was put at ease as soon as I walked in, nice chilled hub area and chat to staff. Jess introduced herself before the class and then upstairs to where the fun was!

Excellent set up, good explanation of kit and easy to use. Great tunes and all over body work out, going to ache for all the right reasons! ��

BeatBox Studios has a lovely atmosphere with friendly staff.. and probably the best workout ive done, Great value for the price and I'm going back for more classes :) Love the range of drinks you have, I loved my coffee! Thank you to everyone at the studio Very Very HAPPY!! :)

Banging beats, friendly staff, balanced workouts and relaxed low-lit environment to sweat it all out in unselfconsciously.

Beatbox is a great alternative to the usual gym set up, bang in the centre of Lichfield with great coffee too, this could become a nice little hub for hooking up with friends.

Also love that there’s a PAYG option. Perfect for busy mums with limited time & chaotic routines!

Absolutely fab, left the session feeling great. The gang at Beatbox are lovely, they defo make you work hard. No pain no gain!

I would recommend the sessions to anyone of any fitness level, it’s a workout for all.
