Unlike any other gym youβve been to. Going to be something special! Wow !

Quality!!! Gym looks great and welcoming atmosphere. Staff are professional and friendly. Really enjoying training again. οΏ½
My sons the director and he eats , breathes & sleeps fitness-it looks amazing just wish I didnt live in Somerset!
I was at UFG earlier today for a training session with Mike O'Hearn and I have to say I was very impressed with not only the place, but the very helpful staff and the incredibly welcoming atmosphere. It's rare that I write review or whatever, but in this instance it is more than deserved! Thanks guys!

A gym with supportive staff, caters for anyone who wants to get or stay fit. Just done my first half hour boot camp and it was a thorough workout! I'll be back for more I can see
Used to hate the gym- now part of my daily routine at UFG . Friendly and great classes- 11lbs lost this month :-)
