The workers here are so rude. The whole experience was uncomfortable. They have poor management and time keeping. I hope this place gets shut down. Do not waste your money.

I do not recommend this nail salon for anyone wanting a good set of nails! My nails are squint, different lengths, not the shape I asked for and they are also smudged! The workers are also very rude and don't care in the slitest about nails! Do not go here!!!!

I walked in. She started to take my shellac off. Then someone else walks in and she says to me "Sorry I have to paint her nails, can you wait 15 minutes?" I waited.....40 minutes later I was seen. Nobody was interested in speeding up the process. WORST service I've ever, EVER had! Not even a shellac manicure! JUST repaint and the entire process took and hour and 15 minutes! Sure it's £18 as opposed to £35 everywhere else but if you want a relaxing experience, personally the £35 ANYWHERE ELSE is worth it. I left feeling angry and agitated. Not even an apology for the 40 minute wait when I was first in line!

I was in this shop a couple of days ago and got my nails done. They have no matters WHAT so ever, the place was dirty and poor end results of my nails. Not only was my nails badly done they are also now infected! Trip to A&E it is then... Will not be back! 😡

I got shellac nails done here. It was a really poor job, my cuticle started bleeding from over zealous buffing. Varnish was all down the sides of the nails on my fingers, it took ages to tidy them up afterwards. Would never go here again.

Had my nails done on Friday - shellac too. by Sunday they were all chipped. All the nails are different lengths and rough. People have commented they look awful! I'll never go back to this awful place.

After waiting 2 hours someone finally started my nails. After filing them he started another a left me for 30 mins. Service was poor and even a bit rude. The shop it's self was dirty. But after everything this is how my nails were done and I'm extremely disappointed.

I just got my nails done here and I have to say I am very pleased with them, I just got my natural nails filed, shaped and have holographic shellac put on them which looks fab btw! There is no appointment so depending on the time of day you come you may have to wait a bit! I came just before 4 and finished at 5:15pm because some people left and it was quite busy so plan ahead! The place is very basic and small you get what you pay for but it is affordable to get your nails done regularly if you wanted! And who doesn't want nice nails! :) Will I be back?... Yes!

This was the most inexpensive efficient nail salon I have visited and will definitely be going back with family and friends staff lovely go out of their way to help the best j.ayre

Won't go to this place again. The guys doing the nails will just stop half way through to go outside for a smoke, also sit with their earphones in talking on the phone. Extremely rude! And the ladies who do the polishing are just as bad. The manager answered the phone and was extremely rude to whoever it was then when she hung up she was complaining that she's had enough of working there and taking insults off colleagues, people on the phone and also customers.
If the nails were a good job I wouldn't mind so much, but they are shocking. Looks like they've been painted by a 5 year old and it took 2 hours and 10 minutes!
The owner needs to clean the place and get better trained staff before his business falls apart
