Was a bit sceptical about booking as of previous reviews but I have got to say I am so glad i did. Alistair reassured me that previous reviews were down to technical problems with his website. So glad I booked, had an amazing time booked for my daughters first birthday. Booked the softplay, disco and bouncy castle. All the kids had a fantastic time! Alistair and crew were very professional and turned up early. Would highly recommend and would 100% use in the future.

Very professional and a fast setup time. Great with the kids and gets them moving. Fantastic prices for some of their packages. Would definitely use again.

I just want to say a massive thank you to USB events for making my little girl Maylie's birthday amazing. We got the package which included the bouncy castle, candy floss machine and the disco. USB pretty much ran the whole thing. They were professional and fun. The kids loved the games, castle and as you can imagine, the candy floss went down a treat. They were there on time (early actually) and had everything set up well in advance for the party starting. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future. I hired the bouncy castle and soft play for my son's 1st birthday party yesterday, it was amazing the kids loved it, guys were so helpful even when I had to get them to change round the equipment. Will defo use again in the future.

Can’t thank Alistair and his team at USB events enough for my Daughters 4th Birthday party. Kids and adults had a fantastic time and we are so glad the weather didn’t beat us. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Cannot fault the service. Booked via phone and I called the day before event to ensure all ok and it was. Arrived on time. Kids loved it. We ended up getting a castle with a slide which we didn't order and didn't have to pay extra as it was their mix up. So added bonus! Thank you. Will use again

Booked for my little boys first birthday party without reading any reviews. I then heard really bad things about the company and began to get worried. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Turned up with no hassle and the kids all had a ball with the soft play. Thank you!!

We booked USB Events to supply a bouncy castle for my daughter's 4th birthday party today and the deposit to secure the booking was paid on 11/07/18 and confirmation received from Alistair. It was arranged that they would come out to the house for 11:30am, inflate the bouncy castle and then leave it until 3:30pm. 11:30 came and went but they were nowhere to be seen. By 12:30 We had tried to call numerous times (landline and mobile numbers provided) and we now had a garden full of 4 year olds and one teary birthday girl with no bouncy castle.



It's now after 5 and I still have had no contact from USB Events through any medium. They have taken my money and bolted. It's only a small deposit but that's neither here nor there!



Safe to say I wont be using again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them.



Looking through the reviews it looks like they have previous for this and clearly don't learn from mistakes.

Thank you for not showing up for my daughters 1st birthday party on 6th September and ruining the day for not only my daughter, but everyone else invited too! You could have at least had the decency to answer your phone and make it aware you weren't going to show up.

Terrible let us down at the last minute , no communication if you have any sense stay away . I wish I read all the reviews about this shambles before hand

Terrible customer service. My brother in law booked a bouncy castle for my niece's 4th birthday party on Wednesday there and they didn't turn up. They were quite happy to take the money though and still not a peep from them. Would not recommend this company to anyone

Terrible company. I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone. Let us down for our daughters 1st birthday party and didn't have the decency to call us and tell us they had double booked. Found out 20mins before the party. We booked and paid over a week in advance aswell.

I would like to say that this was a great company to use but was let down for a 4 year old birthday party. Thanks very much for not phoning us, answering calls or just to say we can't make it. Will not be recommending your Company, last minute Company that I would say is bounce-on is very good . Maybe learn from them.

Had the cheek to take a deposit for a bouncy castle that wasn't even booked. Took ages to answer calls and when they did answer seemed annoyed I had tried so many times. If I hadn't inquired my son would of been let down for his birthday. Apparently this "glitch" with booking system is a regular occurrence... I suggest you stop using it before others are let down too.

Failed to deliver a bouncy castle/slide for my son's 4th birthday. No apology. No reason other than sheer incompetence that my child's party was ruined. Also no response to an email begging for an explanation and some acknowledgment that a child has been left bitterly disappointed. Hoping to have my deposit refunded but given such poor communication and regard for custom thus far, I doubt it...

Dreadful service and their communication with the customer leaves a lot to be desired.

Claimed to have turned up but did not. I know this as I stood in the rain for over over an hour. I only discovered they weren't going to turn up when I called them too. Rotten service.
