User Friendly Computing is a locally owned and operated company based in the Galashiels area. We have been providing technical support and services to the community for over 13 years and are committed to promoting local trade and business.

We have the largest workshop of any local pc specialist and therefore generally have a significantly faster turnaround.

Our showroom and shop is always well stocked with everything from mice ink cartridges to networking equipment so we are always well placed to meet your needs and if you have something in mind but you don’t know how to achieve it our friendly staff can tell you what you need and even do the preliminary set up of some equipment meaning that when your home you just have to plug it in and away you go.

We provide onsite repairs to both business and homes and our engineer will arrive in our van stocked for almost any eventuality.

We pride ourselves on giving the best advice to our customers as possible so if we think a repair is going to be more expensive than we believe the computer is worth we will always tell you. We are here to make the whole process of owning and operating a computer system as User Friendly as possible.

We can provide insurance reports and are an accepted repair centre for many major insurance companies and deduct any cost for insurance letters from the subsequent repair or purchase price.
