So I had a bit of different morning today! Up at 3am to be ready and in Strathblane for 4:20am...
Mum and I climbed Dumgoyne for Sunrise, perfect morning, lovely catch up as we have both been working hard πŸ’ͺ got to the top to realise there was a slightly higher hill infont of us πŸ™ˆ but it was still gorgeous!

So incredibly proud of Morven!! Hard work is starting to pay off for her πŸ’•
Set her to do 5 full push ups and 10 half push ups, building up each week to do more full ones. She said she had built it up to 6 at home through the week, then shocked herself when she does 15 full ones in a row! After a set of assisted pull ups and a short rest she aced it again πŸ’ͺ

Busy days can be the best and the worst days for eating, if your not organised you eat on the go which means rubbish but if your organised you stuck to it and don't think about the crap!
Today was a very busy day, my to do list was full and I was working 3-8 😴 I arrived home and could not be bothered cooking, a carry out was calling my name and I was close to giving in but I stayed strong and chucked this together πŸ’ͺ

People often over complicate the weight loss process... here it is nice and simple πŸ’ͺ Exercise but make sure your eating less than what your body is burning and your body will start to use the excess fat!

I will openly admit to any of my clients that I struggle to do Cardio... I don't like running/walking on the treadmill, I would rather be outside in the fresh air with changing scenery 🌞
So this morning I headed out, planned my routine to be as hilly as possible and completed a 25 min power walk before a busy day πŸ’ͺ

My name is Nicole and from a young age I’ve always been a physically active person, enjoying horse riding and spending every minute I could outside but as many girls/ladies experience when I hit mid/late teens I started gaining weight as the pounds slowly crept on. I started my fitness journey about 3 years ago when I realised I wasn’t happy in myself. I have taken it at my own pace, got back in the saddle, joined the gym and started to monitor what I was eating. A lot has ch...anged but I recognise there is always room for improvement.

For me it’s not about lifting the heaviest weights or being the fastest runner on the treadmill - I believe it is more important to be healthy, strong and happy in your own body.
