Vale Of Leven U19’S

The under 19’s have made their final substitution of the season, replacing the Maid of the Loch with The Vale of Leven Bowling Club as the venue for this season’s presentation dinner.

Last game of the season tonight for the Under 19’s. It’s been a long season & a huge learning curve for the coaches & the 33 players who’ve represented the club over the past 10 months. Thanks to Callum & his coaching staff & the boys for all their efforts.
On behalf of the coaching team & myself, I would like to wish those boys who will be no longer eligible to play for the team next season the best of luck for the future. Thanks for being part of our club.

Tomorrow, Sunday 26th May, the boys make the short trip to Paisley to play Arthurlie Cantera in the Central League Division ’A’.
Kick off is 1.15pm

Excellent win for the boys today beating Albion Rovers 3-1 with goals from Dylan O’Shea, Greg Dalrymple & Ross Abraham. Thanks to the Vale of Leven Football Club for allowing the team to play at Millburn Park today.

Well done to Dean Gaughan, Ross Gallacher & Pat Moy who have been rewarded today for their efforts throughout the season so far. All three players are part of the 1st team squad playing a friendly v Petershill at Millburn Park today.

The Under 19’s will play at Millburn Park On Sunday when they host Albion Rovers. Kick Off 2pm

Finally.. a well deserved win & 3 points in a league game.
The boys won 4-3 away at Drumsagard today, goalscorers Ryan Clifford 2, Lewis McCardle & Ross Gallacher with the goals.
Well done to all the boys who’ve stuck at it this season when results haven’t gone our way and could have taken the easy option to leave, instead they’ve knuckled down, worked hard and are now looking upwards instead of feeling sorry for themselves.
... Also well done to Callum & his coaching staff who haven’t lost faith in themselves or the boys and are now getting the rewards for their efforts.
