Vanilla Square

I wish that I could give them zero stars. Very disappointing letting agency. I have been renting a property from them for the last two years and for over a year now there has been a damp problem. They have done very little to help me out with this problem and have not even been out to inspect the damage what so ever! I have had to ask my neighbours to update me on any progress being made (or lack of progress) to trying to rectify the damp problem throughout the building. Also inspections ae meant to be carried out every three months and I have yet to receive one.

Highly recommended! Joanne and the team were brilliant, straight from the start. They found me a tenant as soon as my property went onto the market, they took care of all the paperwork, their service was excellent. What more can I say? Worth every penny! Really fab! Thanks guys..

Nothing good to say. The owner Innes likes to steel your deposit. If your a landlord there will be no inspections carried out and he utilises cowboy tradesmen.

Vanilla Square made the sale of our flat in the west end a stress free and seamless process. We were offered honest and helpful advice from the outset and Vanilla Square got the flat on the market really quickly. Once it was up we had lots of viewings all efficiently organised through their amazing online portal so we didn't need to spend hours on the phone coordinating. The flat sold in less than three weeks, we couldn't be happier. All round a really friendly and helpful team and great service- thank you!
