Veg Muscle is a fitness business, which helps you achieve your fitness goals and stay healthy.
I am dedicated to working alongside you to support you along your fitness journey, from burning fat to building muscle.
I work with beginners, right through to seasoned gym-goers! Don't worry if you've never been to the gym, I'm here to help you.
I have been a vegan for 2 years, but still manage to build muscle and work towards my own fitness goals! I understand vegan nutrition, and can help you to implement a whole-food plant-based diet.
As well as being a PT, I post food and exercise videos on YouTube, so between our sessions you can stay on track!
