Velocity Racing

Hi we're Team Velocity and we'll be representing ICHS in the F1 in Schools challenge 2017 /18. Our job is to design and produce a small aerodynamic car to launch down a 20-metre track and compete against lots of schools around the world for the fastest car.

We're a group of six ALL GIRLS 3rd-4th year students participating in the Formula One In Schools Challenge.

The Formula One In Schools Challenge (F1iS for short! ) is a global challenge available to students aged 9 to 19.
The challenge inspires students to use IT to learn about physics, aerodynamics, design, manufacture, branding, graphics, sponsorship, marketing, leadership /teamwork, media skills and financial strategy in a fun and exciting way.
