Would like to thank Kristen for how gentle and professionally she dealt with herbie yesterday when we thought he possibly had something lodged in his tummy, so calming to us as owners talking us through everything! He is feeling a lot better and was very happy to get his breakfast this morning! As always great service wouldn't go anywhere else

We visited tonight with our precious chihuahua Chico who was there for a booster and for his nails clipped . Reception staff were wonderful with our nervous wee man but the wee Irish vet (im so sorry i dont know your name!) who was patient and gentle and kind to our wee man and she was amazing. Thank you so much.

Was not registered with this vet but they came to our rescue when our dog Chelsea fell ill. The staff all welcomed us to the practice and they provided the best care for our dog. On behalf of Chelsea and all the family, we thank you so much!!!!

Reception staff are amazing and so friendly and really helped Hunters first vet visit go as smoothly as possible. When getting his vaccinations the staff was really nice and thorough. Thank you so much. See you in 2 weeks x

My Cat got injured and they were able to see him on the day, and everthing was explined straight forward, and the Staff couldnt have been any more nicer. Clean and welcoming.

I've had to visit a number of times over the past few weeks with my 9 month old kitten who seems to get up to all sorts - face plant after falling out of a tree, eye ulcer and most recently yesterday, as he was poorly. All staff have been amazing with me (and Blue) from accommodating emergency appointments, dealing with my questions and even moving us into a side room when Blue got distressed in reception while waiting to see the vet. I visited at 6.10pm last night and kitty appears to be much better this morning - waking me up at 4.15am for food. So happy he's feeling much better that I can't be cross with him! Many thanks and enjoy your Christmas break.

I had my dog Molly at the vets on Tuesday 21st March for her kennel cough injection and she is quite nervous,we were met at the door by the vet called Laura Henderson and she was super she put Molly at ease straight away before and after her injection.Ive never been to a practice before that the vets had so much time to play and get down on the floor with my dog.Im so impressed with Laura.

I adopted Tinkerbell from the cats protection who recommended Vets 4 Pets as that's who they use. She had her 2nd lot of jags and was spayed 10days ago and they treated her like she was one of their own. Brilliant staff, would highly recommend you all.

User

Have 2 dogs, budgies and guinea pig registered with the practice. Always receive a friendly and great service.

User

Fantastic vets they are very patient with Maisy who is very vocal when she has to go along to vets. Tigger the cat doesnt seem to bothered and seems to quite enjoy the attention.

Everyone at vets4pets were brilliant with us and our rabbit Sam. From the lovely welcome from the reception staff and to the caring vets who took their time and really looked after our rabbit and us. After having to get Sam put to sleep they sent on a sympathy card and some forget me nots to spread. They really are a brilliant vets and couldn’t recommend them highly enough x

Everyone at the practice has been exceptional. We had a very sick cat who needed ongoing visits to stabilise his diabetes. On this occasion we were not able to save him but we were informed about both the option to end his life and further treatment options and the possible impact they would have. We decided to end his suffering after being given all the facts. We knew that his quality of life would have been compromised had we continued to try to stabilise him and since he was also developing cataracts we knew that it was only going to be further suffering down the line. Julie Ann, Christine, Rebecca and Kristen have all been wonderful. Unfortunately the vet we saw and who put him down was new to us so I don't know her name but she could not have been more caring and more understanding. The reception staff were all so kind. The practice stayed open late whilst we deliberated and said our goodbyes to our wonderful boy. We weren't rushed and were made to feel like we had made the right decision, but that it was our choice as owners to do what we thought was best for Cole. Thank you to everyone. We are so glad we found you and continue to use you for the care of Luke, Fred and Leia.

A visit to the vet can be stressful for my wee dog - from the person taking the booking offering reassurance and noting Dexter can struggle, to the person who took the time to note this and warmly welcome him to his own quiet space, we felt incredibly looked after and understood this morning :) In the consultation, Kirstin showed genuine interest, and again, ensured Dexter's needs were fully met to save him too much distress. On leaving, he even happily met other dogs and welcomed a bit of a fuss from a fellow visitor to the surgery, having been helped by staff to cope well with his visit. Hugely satisfied and grateful - thanks again!
