Dear valued clients, Amid the concerning coronavirus situation, helping you maintain the good health and well-being of your pet remains at the heart of everything that we do, and we are working hard during this worrying time to continue to be able do that. To help us continue to provide our service, our priority is also to keep our colleagues as safe as possible, which means minimising the spread of any virus within our practices. As a veterinary care provider, upholding outs...tanding hygiene levels is part of our daily life and we regularly carry out clinical deep cleans as standard within the practice. We would like to ask for your support with the following: - Any pet visiting the clinic should bring a maximum of one human with them - We provide our clients with access to hand sanitiser and ask that you use this on entering the practice - If you are unable to visit but need to collect medicine for your pet, please contact us to discuss the options available - If you can’t visit the practice and are concerned about your pet’s health, please contact us and we can discuss the options available
