Vicky's Sewing Box is a small business based in Leigh on Sea run entirely in my 'spare time' outside of job and time with my family. As such I have limited availability for orders and order time is normally four weeks but can be confirmed with a quick message.

Also due to this, unfortunately I don't have a website but I feel that Facebook offers an audience large enough for me. Other than bunting, none of my items are posted so this really is a local business for local people.

My items are normally priced based on your specific requirements and quotes can be provided quickly once we have established what you are looking for and sourcing the materials needed.
The cost of material varies significantly and I feel this is a fair way to charge you as it means that you are not paying for someone else's item which is being undercharged.

I wont be offended if you ask for a quote and then you decide against placing an order, that is entirely your choice. It is always nice however, to receive a response following a quote which I feel is a polite courtesy but also as it means I am more aware of what potential orders I have and have to turn you away when you are ready to order as someone else has taken the slot.

Deposits are required to secure your order and this will be an amount based on your total order and the balance can then be paid in installments or on collection of the item.

Deposits are non-refundable.

For any items that are custom with names, I will ensure that we have discussed your requirements in detail and keep in contact with you to discuss your order. Different payment terms may be applied to such orders and these will be discussed at the time of ordering.
