I RIDE TOO!

Went to Victor Devine with absolutely no intention of buying anything, they always carried a bad reputation amongst the motorbike fraternity in Glasgow and they were not getting my money. My intention was to try a couple of helmets on for size find out correct size and fit and then buy from the internet, that's when I met Grant the clothing dept manager, what can I say, brilliant knowledge of both Aria and Shoei and probably all the rest in stock, he also has the patience of a saint as i bought a Shoei in black changed my mind and ordered a race rep then changed my mind and bought a Aria RX7V which he sold me with a great discount, I also picked up a pair of Race boots cheaper than I could find anywhere on the internet. He was great throughout and trying hard to rid them of the bad reputation that this dealer had. For me I will certainly be back for my biking gear and might even get my blade serviced here again. Overall a 5 star service from the clothing dept anyway, thanks again GrantÔŅĹ

We came a s a group of 17 from South Wales and were expected to cover near 2000 miles on a Scottish tour. On traveling from Kelso to Portree I experienced a front wheel bearing collapse that basically terminated my day at Hamilton services on the M74. After making a few calls I contacted Devine Honda and they told me they had the parts in stock, so that left me with a 13 mile limp in to Glasgow. I explained my predicament and and I can only say they went out of there way to get me sorted and back on my way. I was blown away by the customer service I received and the mechanic Namely (Craig) and (Jason) at the counter were extremely helpful in getting it sorted out for me from the time I arrived to being back on the road, all in LESS than 2 hours. I just can't fault you guys. Defiantly the best experience I've ever had at franchised dealer. Thanks guys, you all stars in my eyes. And a very, very big thank you. I'll always be grateful. And will be well recommended by me. Cheers guys, and above all a very reason price too.

Thanks to Jim and all the sales team that kited me out. was a wee bit worried getting back on a bike but the guys put me at ease. Great customer service and go through everything with you pcx was a dream to ride home would definitely recommend here for beginners and old heads ÔŅĹ

Popped in with hubby to have a "wee look" at Africa Twins as he quite fancies one‚Äč (already have a Super Tenere....yup a Yamaha!!!! )..... and I came out having bought a CB125F (no difference lol)

I didn't even have a CBT as I had let it lapse after having failed my big bike test and didn't really want to go back to a 125.... confidence dented big time :(

Jim and the team were great in the service they provided and I was kept well informed as to what was happening. There were 3 colours to chose from, Red, Yellow or White, and all 3 were on show so it made it easy to pick.......white for me :)

I got a call early morning on 1st March from Jim...now on speed dial..... to say my bike was ready to be picked up :) As I said, no CBT so my 6'4" husband picked up my 125 and had a grin like a Cheshire ūüźą when we got home.

I can't thank Jim enough for his help and we'll continue to pop in for a look ..... and a chat :)

Oh, sat and passed my CBT and love my wee bike, it's got my passion back and who knows, might do my big bike test again......sometime:)x

Popped in last weekend to add something that can go off road to the garage. Jim and the team could not have been more helpful in looking at the options. Great deal and one week later a new CRF250 is in the garage. The whole experience was first class and enjoyable.

I popped in today to look at a few bikes I liked. Abe & Stefano couldn't have been any more helpful. They understand I'm serious about buying a bike that ticks all my boxes. I had a couple of test rides today although no purchase yet. I'll definitely be back but planning on a test ride on the VFR800 Crossrunner on their open day on 26th May as this will help with the decision making process.

I had been looking for that all important first big bike after passing my test and I found it at Victor Define Motorcycles. Saw a couple of bikes on the website and went in to see them. Fell in love with the Suzuki gsx 650f over the Kawasaki er6 ( another stunning bike). Jimmy took good care of me and showed me the two bikes explaining everything I wanted to know. No pressure to buy or make a decision and that's what I liked about jimmy. Not very often you get a salesman who's not pushy but jimmy ticks all the boxes. Once I had picked my bike the process of buying the bike was very smooth indeed. There was no hassle and it all went like clockwork although I know jimmy did all the hard work. Honestly I can't praise the service I received enough. If you want to get a quality new or used bike , get yourself down to Victor Devine Motorcycles and get your dream bike. Hi all .went to visit Victor Devins Motorcycles last Saturday 13th May booked a test drive on the African twin for the Sunday 14th May

Injoyed the experience friendly staff and pleasant.

So I decided to purchase the twin and got a CB125f for my good lady.

Trouble started when I left the shop after paying the deposit. I never got a contract of sale with a delivery date for the bike.

Mistakenly thinking I would receive the bike the following weekend.

I had not heard from the shop all week so I phoned on the Thursday 18th may to see what was happening and to get reg for my insurance .

Changed the insurance over for the Saturday only to be told on the Friday that because I wanted engine bars and a different belly pan on the bike it will take up till the 30th of may to receive the 2 bikes.

Having to now changed my insurance back to my old bike. Not happy bike is in the shop.

Just waiting on the parts to arrive and be fitted.

Asked if I can fit them myself to get the bike quicker but not aloud to do that because of the warranty even though the parts are not genuine honda parts. Strangely enough. Ps if you want to add bit's to you new bike do it after you get the bike home and you won't need to wait 3 weeks to pick your bike up .ÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹ

Great experience. Helpful staff. Needed a new scooter have a pcx and wanted another. It sits outside 365 days a year in all weather's. They advised on a brilliant cover (which I left in Jim's office and some spray to keep it from corroding. Even took time to show me where to spray and not to spray. We live an hour away and they even offered to deliver it for me. And that was after taking my old death trap off my hands (which another garage had told me was safe to keep riding...it most certainly wasn't)

Once I had picked my bike the process of buying the bike was very smooth indeed. There was no hassle and it all went like clockwork although I know jimmy did all the hard work. Honestly I can't praise the service I received enough. If you want to get a quality new or used bike , get yourself down to Victor Devine Motorcycles and get your dream bike. And you never know , you may meet Victor Define himself.....l did!

After forty years without a bike I went in to Victor Devine just to look ??? and received great service from Jim Sneddon in the sales dept who sold me my Shadow Spirt VT 750 and Donald in the clothing dept who kitted me out and gave great advice.



After being so long away from biking I was worried but as Jim says it will come back to you easily and it has, I'm out every chance I get and loving every minute of it,

Absolutely no complaints about the sales service from Stefano and the rest of the staff. A great deal, no hidden costs and help when required. Would recommend to any one. And the bike is great too!

Hi all .went to visit Victor Devins Motorcycles last Saturday 13th May booked a test drive on the African twin for the Sunday 14th May

Injoyed the experience friendly staff and pleasant.

So I decided to purchase the twin and got a CB125f for my good lady.

Trouble started when I left the shop after paying the deposit. I never got a contract of sale with a delivery date for the bike.

Mistakenly thinking I would receive the bike the following weekend.

I had not heard from the shop all week so I phoned on the Thursday 18th may to see what was happening and to get reg for my insurance .

Changed the insurance over for the Saturday only to be told on the Friday that because I wanted engine bars and a different belly pan on the bike it will take up till the 30th of may to receive the 2 bikes.

Having to now changed my insurance back to my old bike. Not happy bike is in the shop.

Just waiting on the parts to arrive and be fitted.

Asked if I can fit them myself to get the bike quicker but not aloud to do that because of the warranty even though the parts are not genuine honda parts. Strangely enough. Ps if you want to add bit's to you new bike do it after you get the bike home and you won't need to wait 3 weeks to pick your bike up .пҝҪпҝҪпҝҪпҝҪпҝҪ

Great experience. Helpful staff. Needed a new scooter have a pcx and wanted another. It sits outside 365 days a year in all weather's. They advised on a brilliant cover (which I left in Jim's office and some spray to keep it from corroding. Even took time to show me where to spray and not to spray. We live an hour away and they even offered to deliver it for me. And that was after taking my old death trap off my hands (which another garage had told me was safe to keep riding...it most certainly wasn't)
