Vikare Tuscan Property FundVikare's Tuscan Property Fund owns a prime 77 acre development site near Florence, purchased for €1 million which will, according to Knight Frank, be worth €5. 5 to €6 million once design and site clearance work costing €500, 000 is completed in late 2014. In late 2013 Vikare, on behalf of the Fund, entered a joint venture agreement to develop an historic hilltop village near Volterra. Vikare is focussing on design and final planning work in order to maximise the value of both projects.
