our munchie box came earlier had one thing out it before i found a big long black hair in the batter on my onion ring then it all went in the bin! completely put off.
Ordered the calzone was the most horrible thing I've ever eaten no flavor asked for a garlic dip and no salad but i never got the dip and I got salad then to my shock in the box was two dead fly's never felt so sick in my life won't be ordering from there again
best fish and chips iv ever had.

If it was possible to leave less than one star I would - Absolutely horrible experience dealing with this takeaway. We ordered a meal for 4 via their website and paid via PayPal. After received confirmation we waited over an hour for delivery but nothing came. When we called to question this but the girl who took the call was argumentative and unhelpful and couldn't even identify if they had sent the food or not. We waited a further 10min in case it was already out with the driver and called back to complain and reorder as at this point we had been waiting almost 1.5h for our food! We placed an order over the phone and waited a further hour when we called to ask what was going on we were informed that the order was not actually coming as they had to wait for a manager for some reason. Unbelievably poor service, fair enough their website doesn't work, but failing to send food out food the second time after we called in order placed was ridiculous. 8:30pm and sitting waiting for foot at 11pm! Fix your website and have a word with your abrasive staff. Needless to say we will not be ordering from here again #11pmandstarving
Afraid never received the food we payed for. Ordered through their own website, called to check after over an hour to find them having no record of the order, despite being paid through paypal.

called back an hour later. . .was questioned about trying to scam for a free meal.
