Personal Trainer Lj Whiteford @ VOLT is a passionate and driven coach providing 1: 1, small group PT and bootcamp sessions.
VOLT is driven to encourage a fit and healthy lifestyle, provides a community and supportive network to help transform your fitness level, set and achieve goals.

VOLT is designed for all levels, Personal training is tailored to the individual client and bootcamp sessions provide a platform to meet new and old friends and motivate each other through a fun and community driven workout.

Lj Whiteford has been in Hk since 2007 and has always loved training. Since her move to Discovery Bay in 2015 it was the perfect location to set up camp and take advantage of the great outdoors.

A qualified NASM personal trainer, Lj is also certified in TRX training and has personal and client experience in pre and post natal training.

Since the birth of her son Monty in May 2015 Lj can confidently work through pre and post natal stages with clients and can relate to the journey of pregnancy and motherhood with her clients.

Bootcamps sessions are held at the below days /times and are located around the Siena park /Greens area in Discovery Bay.
All you require is a yoga mat, water and yourself!
