Where do you start? Sold a volvo v40 in September 2014 on a PCP with mileage allowance nowhere near that required. Assured this breach of mileage would not be an issue. Now in a financially bad situation. Also had my car in for a warranty repair recently and informed that my car needed work done to it outside of warrant that would have cost me £350+ to resolve. I went elsewhere and was told by two different garages that this "problem" wasn't even there and that no repairs were necessary. So parks effectively tried to lie in order to get an unnecessary sale. How many older, or more naive customers have fallen for this? My colleague at work had the exact same issue with them. Honesty and respect is clearly not top of Parks agenda. Go elsewhere.
