Service department failed to resolve straight forward warranty repair , wish i had done a bit more research live and learn ! warranty repair was carried out at a another dealer with no drama

The Seat Garage in Uddingston is where we got our Seat Toledo in 2013. It's a fantastic car and we love it. The staff are very friendly and kind towards you. I highly recommend this place for anyone.

Had car in to get vw group recent diagnostics issue rectified.Got courtesy car which I drove 10 miles on the day to have the petrol police on the forecourt telling me to fuel the car back up when I returned. Put £2 in not that I used anywhere near that amount.Day off wasted due to vw group getting found out.wouldnt even waver the courtesy car fuel.Cracking customer service.
