πΎSome faves from the last few daysπΎ
This week we said a very fond cheerio to this cheeky monkey π Sadly we won't be covering his area anymore so he's getting a brand new dog walker. And they are very lucky indeed to have Hamish join them as I know he'll make them smile! Both Ben and I shed a wee tear... He reminds us so much of our boy Freddie. So full of life and love β€οΈ All the best on your new adventures Hamish! We look forward to seeing pictures of you bouncing around sharing your love with anyone and anything in sight π
Keep that bum wagging!
Big Waggle Bums welcome to the two new gorgeous doggos joining our crew πΆπΎ Say hello to Riley and Daisy ππ
Do you know the early signs of resource guarding? Have you seen them in your own dog?
If so, don't panic, but I would recommend contacting a trainer or behaviourist. If not handled properly it can get more serious.
... Most importantly though, don't try to resolve the problem by putting your face or hands near the dog while eating. This will only make them feel like they have to protect the resource more. Rather, give them a quiet, safe place to eat. You can even gently throw some tasty chicken towards them so they associate you being near by with getting more of what they want, not less!

Amazing news! But also shocking that it hasn't been the case before now!!
If I ever hire staff, I will be this boss!
Who else has ever stayed home because their dog needs them? πββοΈπββοΈ
A quiet and beautiful day so we took a long walk on the coast where we had the entire dunes and beach to ourselves! ππ The dogs got to run, play and paddle to their hearts content and I'm sure you'll agree, it's always so good to see them so happy...
Pictures of cute doggies on walkies ππ (Featuring some sneaky pics of a couple of Running Wild Dog Walking 's pooches who came to say hello!)
Such a beautiful day for beach walks today π All the dogs enjoyed a paddle in the calm sea!
Henry quickly regretted standing in "the splash zone" π
We're back ππ And we're genuinely so excited to see all your doggos again!

Some of the afternoon doggies:
Michelle was fantastic during our one to one session. We have an 11 month old Golden Retriever who needed a bit more work and we found ourselves struggling to know what to do with loose lead walking and recall. She was invested in us and him from the very first meeting, taking down as much information as possible so that she could fit a training plan around us and work out what he will respond best to. During the training she was supportive of us and extremely understanding if we weren't sure how to go about things.
She is a great dog trainer who clearly has a lot of love for dogs of all shapes and sizes and manages to create a bond from the first meeting!
I would highly recommend her for any dog related needs!!
Michelle was Brilliant from the start off as she made us feel at ease. Since Mya had her daily walks, she has been a lot calmer and chilled out so I would easily recommend her to anyone that are looking for a dog walker/trainer as she will look after them well
