Walk Jog or Run clubs will be starting all over the UK in spring 2016

Walk Jog Run Uk Description

Walk Jog Run is a social gathering for like minded people, wanting to either Walk Jog or Run.

WJR is also an initiative to help people improve their fitness and has 18 different levels for you to progress through over the coming months.

Progression

We will start you off at a level we think suits your current fitness level after your first WJR session. Complete the level a minimum of 3 times before you move onto the next level but do not progress until you feel you are ready to do so.

Support

We would like you to find a partner within the group of a similar fitness level or bring a friend with you to start your WJR programme together. You can of course WJR by yourself with a stop watch and our programme to follow, we recommend a friend or work colleague if possible.

The Life Changing Choices website and app work hand in hand to provide you with the support you need to stick to a routine that will help you feel good and look good.

Routine

It's not about what you know it's about how you fit it all in, the LCC website and App builds a routine that best suits our day to day activities. You must prepare to succeed with any goal in life.

By eating good foods at regular intervals throughout the day and exercising on a daily basis you will start to experience the good feeling that is health and fitness.
