Watch-It aids is an app and band for fitness and dietary needs scanning products whilst you shop to save you time and meet your specific needs

Watch-It is the 1st App and wrist band that helps you maintain fitness levels but also helps when you do your food shopping for example if you are diabetic you program the band to look for sugars or if you are coeliac or gluten conscious you can program it for that it will also look at any other area such as carbs, fat, and allergy requirements if needed all you have to do is scan the barcode and the band takes care of the rest. It also measures heart rate and fitness levels it will give progress reports if required by the users and tips to help the user maximise their daily routine or exercise regime for their personal advantage.
