A splash of time for you! Award-winning aquanatal classes in water for mums and mums-to-be. Sister company to Water Babies.

Waterbumps Description

Our aquanatal classes are perfect for helping you to relax and gently exercise when pregnant, while our postnatal classes will set you on the way to feeling like 'you' again, alongside helping you to gently get back to exercise after pregnancy.

We offer classes in: Stirling, Auchterarder, Larbert and Perth.

We also offer water-based bump photo shoots, where we'll capture some unique images of your pregnancy for you to share with your baby in years to come.

Thanks to everyone that has supported us during our WaterBumps classes in Scotland in 2018. We have enjoyed every moment of working with our mums-to-be and new mums, with some good old laughs and giggles along the way. It has been great seeing so many of our Bumps go on to our Water Babies classes too. So, we're off for a little break, and we'll see you back in the pool in Stirling in 2019. See you then!

You don’t need to be a swimmer to take part in our classes. We know that people’s confidence in the water varies enormously. As long as you can stand up in the water you can enjoy our classes and exercise, both before and after baby, at a pace and level that’s adapted to you.

Started Water bumps at 16weeks and continued until 39 weeks. I loved it and felt it really helped set me up for the week ahead and helped with my PGP. Would definitely recommend!

Really enjoy & look forward to my weekly water bumps class. Each week we cover something different focussing on a different area. I particularly like the hoolas which make space for baby & im hoping this will help with baby (who is in breech)! Everyone’s very friendly & Wendy (teacher) is easy going, approachable & knowledable taking on board niggles or areas that are personal to you. If you like being in the water, this is definitely something to try!

My husband and I went to one of Wendy’s classes in Auchterarder and loved it! Was great to have some time focusing on us both and our baby with no distractions! My husband liked doing the couples class as he felt included and doing the class has educated him to help me through labour! We both enjoyed doing the breathing exercises and hip exercises, they were relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely recommend this class!

Looking forward to another good night sleep after my weekly (Sunday) WaterBumps class 😴 Towards the end of each week I start feeling the pregnancy niggles more and more, and these classes help so much to relieve the aches and pains, and to make space for growing baby. Just back from my first WaterBumps class at Larbert High School and had a really enjoyable time! The instructor Wendy makes you feel so comfortable and welcome and all the girls in the class are lovely! Was a great social experience to meet other mums to be and share the experience with! The stretches and exercises in the class have already relieved back pain I’ve been experiencing and I’m feeling so much more relaxed ☺️ if you love the water this class is a must as your body is weightless and the relief you get is spot on away from the usual aches and pains that go with pregnancy. Plenty of space to enjoy the water with no worries of bumping into anyone and the temperature of the water was perfect! I love doing breathing exercises in preparation for baby arriving which this class had throughout and had the perfect ending of floating in any chosen relaxation position with a float around the pool where I felt the most comfortable I have for months! Thanks to Wendy for all the tips for exercises that will help at home too, I’ll be def trying these out later!! Would highly recommend this class to all the local mums to be and hope you enjoy it as much as me! Xxx 💗🤰🏼💦🧜‍♀️

I really enjoy my weekly trips to waterbumps, I had been looking for an aquanatal class when this one started up so it was perfect. I have been going since around 19 weeks and I am now nearly at the end at 36 weeks. Wendy taylors different activities to suit aches and pains and its always such a weightless relief being in the water. I have met some great ladies at the classes and I am in no doubt that we will remain friends. I would highly recommend this class to all mums to be, it's a great break to the week and always something to look forward too!

I have been going to Waterbumps since I was 12 weeks and loved it so much that I'm still going at 33 weeks, and will don't want the classes to come to an end! I attend the Sunday class in Larbert with Wendy who is a fantastic teacher and shows genuine care for her members who come with different aches, pains and complaints. She listens with an attentive ear and is understanding. She will always suggest ways in which we can help ease those pains or worries. I have SPD and have found being in the water and practising the exercises given at home, have really helped over the course of my pregnancy. The main reason for me joining to begin with, was to meet other mums-to-be. It has been fab to meet lovely new friends who are support to one another when going through such a huge transition in our lives. I would whole-heartedly recommend Waterbumps to any expectant mothers.

I can’t thank the team enough for the classes I attended whilst pregnant. The techniques and relaxation that was taught in class really helped me enjoy my pregnancy and came in handy whilst in labour. I love the fact that I was able to take part in a class that I really enjoyed throughout my whole pregnancy and that enabled me to make some mummy friends too. �
