We went to our first Saturday morning activity here this week. The staff are so lovely and enthusiastic! My little girl had brilliant fun and I enjoyed my coffee free of charge in the cafe because I'm nursing my son. We were so impressed and it made a lovely family morning out. Highly recommended!

We went to Waterstones this morning to take part in the Spooky Crafts, the children loved it. I was very impressed with everything going on, the staff were wonderful and there was so much to do. Thank you to everyone we will definatly be popping by again soon for another saturday morning activity.

Was there yesterday for the Harry Potter 20th birthday event. Staff were fantastic, really got into the theme. Thoroughly enjoyed it, loved making my wand, helping with the Treasure Hunt and the NEWT, and the butterbeer was delicious.

P.S. I think my grandsons had a good time too!

Took my two girls to Harry Potter night and it was fantastic! Staff obviously put a lot of thought into it and they were so enthusiastic!

Its a great place my daughter is a frequent visitor and come in with her friends for pokemon seap shops, she also always informs her friends that there is an event so waterstones is successful inthe event. I personally like it too they have many books for all people. My smaller kids love it too. The harry potter nights are very enjoyable kids love it!

It's always such a positive experience coming to this bookshop we've used for years now as a family.

Staff are very helpful and friendly on every visit. Great place to browse and an ever increasing range of good quality books, toys,games and stationery. I buy most of my Christmas presents from this shop.

I attended the Pokémon swap shop today with my 7 year old son. The whole event was well planned and we had a magic time. Every member of staff was so kind and friendly, they clearly enjoy their jobs. I hadn't been to this shop before but the service has made me sure to return. A gem of a coffee shop too. We'll be back, thanks!

I always love browsing round Waterstones and usually end up buying a book or two! Then cappuccino and cake upstairs. Great!

Had to spend a morning wandering round Dundee while waiting for my son to come out of an interview. Spent most of it in Waterstones and had the best time there! Browsing for gifts for others, treating myself and enjoying the fabulous coffee and cake. It was a spa day for book lovers and the staff are incredibly helpful! Wish I lived closed!
